A commission I did at FWA for Dorral and Jack’s ponysonas. My client came through and scanned it in.

I probably could have curled her feet over her head more to show her heels are holding her head forward, but it was already this forced perspective dense pose whose strength was not being too technical with anatomy.
Got the first scene colored, layered, shaded and with a fitting background.
Taking a break on it because the point where I start moving and pivoting groups of symbols into a smooth loop is a headache that takes another 3-4 hours to do. Frame-by-frame of 24 FPS + 100 layers is a definite no go.
Still trying to get this to look decent. On the one hand, it’s something I can put in my portfolio later, on the other, I have no idea what I’m doing.
If ever you think you’re a good artist, try to draw human face realistically.

This style feels so weird now, the way I draw ponies has greatly changed since then.
Worked on finishing a commission (it’s done!) and postworking on my googirl render. It’ll be a while on that one…
Actually the second round of concept art from another commission, worked off a thumbnail sketch I doodled at post-it size that seemed promising. My only inking options were a sharpie to refine from a shitty ballpoint pen and a nice mechanical pencil, but I use whatever I’ve got on hand.
Last night’s stream (as announced on Inkbunny) was my odd Cheetah Drider commission I took, and playing around on my song again.
